Position Papers
Fighting for Efficient and Accountable Government
My "Orange County City Managers Compensation Report" was the precusor to the City of Bell investigation and has led to state-wide reform.
Vote for Measure "T"--Term Limits for Laguna Hills City Council
20 years is too long! It's been nearly that long since the current city council was elected. I chaired Measure "T," the grass-roots effort to get Term Limits on the ballot.
Reviving our Troubled Business Climate
With today's economic challenges, now is not the time to sacrifice business development that can improve our city's bottom line. Raising revenues will help fund services our citizens need and require.
