Position Papers
Port Development
We can create permanent living wage jobs along the Bay without jeopardizing the recreational opportunies that exist and without sacrificing the natural beauty of the plants and wildlife that share our lives here.
Recreation
Recreation is a very important aspect of Humboldt Bay - both for the people who live here and the families who pay us a visit.
Conservation
We're fortunate we can have it all: a thriving deep water port, a bay abundant with plants and wildlife, quiet serenity for those who seek it, and plenty of recreational activity on the water and around the Bay.
