Developers will not start a project if a vote is required for final approval.
EVALUATION OF LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENANCE FEE
The city council canceled the fee for one year at a loss of $1,200,000.00. Reducing the rates would of been a better alternative.
CITY CENTER TO INCLUDE ART THEATER AND LIBRARY
The city can retain the tax dollars generated by the city that now goes to the county library system with a city owned and operated library program.
