Mark on the back of your photo or include in the email message:

  • your name, and
  • office being sought

Choose one of the three ways listed below in preferred order.

  1. We suggest that you mail the nonreturnable photo to us which we will scan. We have found this method to be the easiest for you and for us. Mail to:
    LWV - Smart Voter Project
    19726 78th Ave SE
    Snohomish WA 98296

  2. You may scan the photo and send it to us as an attachment to an email message. The scanned digital image must be in the following format:
    • 107 wide x 130 high (pixels)
    • JPG format
    • Less than 14K in byte size.

Note: If you these specifications don't make sense to you, please mail us the hardcopy photo!!

Send an email attaching the digital photo as a separate binary file to our Photo Editor: wa-photo@smartvoter.org. As noted above, please be sure to identify yourself in the body of the email message.

If the photo does not meet the above specifications, we will try, but cannot guarantee to be able to publish it.

  3. You may submit the photo electronically. If the photo is already posted on a web page, please send the URL via email to wa-photo@smartvoter.org. We will do our best to convert this photo to our specifications, but cannot guarantee success.

We reserve the right to crop or reduce photos in order to meet our requirements.
