| To make improvements to roads within the City, shall the City of Gold Bar issue general obligation bonds in the principal amount of $400,000, maturing within a maximum term of 15 years, and shall annual property tax levies in excess of regular tax levies be authorized to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 98-08? |
