ASCENT 21 Proposition 1 Local Road and Street Improvements
To finance a program of local highway, street and road improvements to enhance the efficient and safe transport of people and goods throughout Snohomish County, shall Snohomish County issue $345,000,000 of general obligation bonds, maturing within a maximum of 10 years, and be authorized to levy property taxes annually in excess of regular taxes to repay such bonds, all as provided in County Ordinance No. 98-041?

ASCENT 21 Proposition 2 Local Highway, Street and Road Improvements
To fund local highway, street and road improvements throughout Snohomish County, shall Snohomish County levy an additional excise tax on motor vehicle fuel of 2.3 cents ($.023) per gallon for ten years to collect an estimated $60,000,000 for distribution to the County and the cities within the County, as provided in County Ordinance No. 98-040?

ASCENT 21 Proposition 3 Acquisition of Parks and Recreations Facilities
To fund the acquisition, construction, equipping and maintenance of park and recreation facilities throughout Snohomish County, shall Snohomish County increase its regular property tax levy for a period of ten consecutive years beginning in 1 998 (for collection beginning in 1999) in excess of the statutory limitation in chapter 84.55 RCW by not more than $.10 per thousand dollars assessed valuation ($10.00 for house assessed at $100,000) all as specified in County Ordinance No. 98-043?

ASCENT 21 Proposition 4 Conservation Area Program Real Estate Excise Tax
To fund the acquisition and maintenance of conservation areas throughout Snohomish County, shall Snohomish County levy for ten years and additional excise tax of forty-one one-hundredths of one percent (.41%) on each sale of real property, to be paid by the purchaser, to collect an estimated $130,000,000, as provided in County Ordinance No. 98-039?

ASCENT 21 Proposition 5 Water and Sewer Improvements
To fund the construction of water and sewer improvements, shall Snohomish County increase its regular property tax levy for a period of ten consecutive years beginning in 1998 (for collection beginning in 1999) in excess of the statutory limitation in Chapter 84.55 RCW by not more than $.06 per thousand dollars assessed valuation ($6 for a house assessed at $100,000), all as specified in County Ordinance No. 98-042?

FPD 19 Proposition 1 General Obligation Bonds - $1,200,000 -- Fire Protection District 19
Shall Fire Protection District No. 19 borrow $1,200,000 to construct and equip a new main fire station at the intersection of Happy Valley Road and 212th St. NW, Stanwood, Washington, and pay off a real estate contract for the site, by selling general obligation bonds therefor maturing within twenty years and levy annual excess property taxes necessary to pay and retire the bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 98-03?

FPD 5 Proposition 1 Emergency Medical Services Property Tax Levy -- Fire Protection District 5
Shall Snohomish County Fire Protection District No. 5 be authorized to impose regular emergency medical services property tax levies of fifty cents or less per thousand dollars of assessed valuation for each of six consecutive years?

Gold Bar Proposition 1 General Obligation Road Bonds - $400,000 -- City of Gold Bar
To make improvements to roads within the City, shall the City of Gold Bar issue general obligation bonds in the principal amount of $400,000, maturing within a maximum term of 15 years, and shall annual property tax levies in excess of regular tax levies be authorized to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 98-08?

Woodway Proposition 1 Sno-Isle Intercounty Rural Library District Annexation -- Town of Woodway
Shall the Town of Woodway be annexed to and be a part of the Sno-Isle Intercounty Rural Library District?

Monroe Library Proposition 1 Sno-Isle Intercounty Rural Library District Resolution 98-9 -- Proposed Monroe Capital Library Facility Area
Shall the Monroe Library Capital Facility Area described in Sno-Isle Intercounty Rural Library District Resolution 98-9 be established?

Monroe Library Proposition 2 General Obligation Bonds - $6,870,000 -- Proposed Monroe Capital Library Facility Area
Shall the Monroe Library Capital Facility Area, Snohomish County, Washington, incur indebtedness and issue not more than $6,870,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years and levy annual excess property taxes necessary to pay and retire such bonds, to finance the acquisition, construction, and equipping of a library capital facility, as provided in Sno-Isle Intercounty Rural Library District Resolution 98-9?

Shall the Snohomish Library Capital Facility Area described in Sno-Isle Intercounty Rural Library District Resolution 98-10 be established?
