Carson is fortunate to have a rich cultural population that is highly diverse. I would like to represent all groups in Carson and advocate for their interests on the City CouncilWith so many cultural and ethnic groups residing within the City of Carson, there are many opportunities for all groups to participate in the governance of the City. I would like to assist all groups to have their voices heard in City Council, including residents, small business owners, and large businesses. So many times Carson is viewed as a city that does not quite meet the standards of highly educated, wealthy individuals who can live anywhere. I believe that Carson can be a world-class city that attracts visitors and residents from all economic and social levels. So much development has been done and continues to be done that puts Carson on par with other local, affluent cities. We need to continue that vision and improve the perception of Carson as equal to other well-known South Bay cities. We all should have a voice in City Council and I would like to help make that happen. Change is definitely needed and I would like to be the catalyst for that change in order to create a dynamic and well-run city where all residents are able to voice their concerns and suggest improvements for the good of all. |
