By Denise Delmar

Candidate for Member, City Council; City of Sierra Madre

This information is provided by the candidate
Develop a City budget with the current revenue, and understand that future Sierra Madre budgets will have to take in to account the decrease in the Utility Tax revenue as approved by the voters.
I am up to the challenge of developing the City budget with the current revenue, and understand that future Sierra Madre budgets will have to take in to account the decrease in the Utility Tax revenue as approved by the voters.

As a Human Resource Professional, I will use my extensive knowledge and experience with Health Benefit Plans and Retirement Plans to find ways to provide our employees with health and retirement benefits without unduly burdening the taxpayers. My extensive training with staffing and compensation will be used as I look at the City's staffing allocations, positions, and salaries to ensure the City is efficient in providing services to the community.
