1996-2003: Advancement Chairman and a leader in our local Boy Scout Troop.

1988-2000: Allied Pilots Association Training Committee.

2008-present: Board Member-Lake Forest Pierowners Association.

2008-present: Participation at NASA in several NextGen air traffic control studies.
