Candidate for
Council Member; City of Del Mar

I was born and raised in San Diego. I moved to Del Mar in 1976, where my wife and I raised two children. I served in the Navy during Vietnam. My career included 23 years as an executive with San Diego Gas & Electric and 13 years as a management consultant specializing in customer service and strategic planning. I am now retired. I have five grandchildren, play golf and enjoy traveling. I have been a volunteer in the community for more than 12 years, serving on the Airport Advisory Committee and the Finance Committee. Most recently I have been on the Boards of Del Mar Community Connections and Friends of Del Mar Parks.

I have a BA from Pomona College, and an MBA from San Diego State University.
