I decided to run for the Deer Springs Fire Protection District Board after becoming active in fire safety issues that affect our community. I worked to defeat the proposed Stonegate/Merriam Mountain housing developement that would have compromised the fire safety of our District.I believe that the fire safety of our District's residents should be the central priority of the Fire District Board.
