This information is provided by the candidate
Little has been done physically and the local shop keepers and owners are angry and upset with the City Council.
A specific plan/draft has been derived from the blue ribbon report of several years ago. I will scrutinize it to make sure it can work and not cause a financial burden on the City. The plan talks about a "Performing Arts Center". I think this is great if it can be shown that it will not need City funding year after year.
