The City's General Plan and Other Issues

This information is provided by the candidate
Updating the General Plan and other important issues of the City's.
The City's General Plan has not been updated for several years and the City is in violation of State law. I would endeavor to get this vital plan completed within 2011.

I would explore in depth the benefits of being a Charter City in lieu of a General Law City.

I will work with local businesses to improve the business climate, create jobs and increase sales tax revenue.

I will actively partner with our education providers to insure that we improve our first class education opportunities.

I believe I can bring some good common sense and a get-it-done attitude to the City Council on overdue issues.

The present City Council, especially the two incumbents re-running, are just not getting the business at hand finalized.
