PUBLIC SAFETY

By Anitra Brockman

Candidate for Council Member; City of Cincinnati

This information is provided by the candidate
"IF WE CAN'T BE SAFE, WE CAN'T BE ANYTHING IN CINCINNATI!"
I have a vision for the City of Cincinnati to be one of the safest and most united communities in Ohio. That cannot happen unless we work TOGETHER TO SUPPORT PUBLIC SAFETY!

If elected to City Council, my focus will be to apply myself to support what is working in terms of public safety, and really challenging the status quo on crime and response time.

Our police and fire departments work hard to ensure that we are SAFE.

My focus will be applying myself to support what is working in terms of public safety, but really challenging the status quo on crime.

I will work towards encouraging and supporting "Citizens on Patrol" and other neighborhood watch programs so that residents can continue to assist in the fight against crime.

I would request updates and results reporting at every Council meeting from the Chief of Police and/or appropriate police representative from each district.

We must apply the tourniquet to the immediate crime crisis facing our community, I would use position in office to bring people together to solve the underlying and systemic issues that give crime life.
