The philosophy I have followed over the past several years as a bench officer is to ensure that both sides are able to present their case and that they are judged fairly on the facts presented and the law that governs. Further, I have always promoted equal access of the Courts to litigants represented by counsel and to self-represented litigants. I will continue my service to the Court and to Los Angeles by guaranteeing equal rights and the opportunity to be heard.
