DECLINING ENROLLMENT
Our public schools are slowly bleeding to death due to family flight. We need to stop the bleeding.
STUDENT ASSIGNMENT
How students are assigned to our public schools can determine whether families with children will want to live in our beautiful city or take their children somewhere else.
ACHIEVEMENT GAP
The achievement gap seems to be widening. Something should be done to help alleviate this, but not in a way that penalizes high-achievers.
