Candidate for
Council Member; City of Carlsbad

Mark grew up in Carlsbad and has enjoyed watching his home town grow into the thriving city it is today under the competent leadership of those who have been elected to office. He has been actively involved in the community as a member of the Rotary Club, Boy Scout leader, church leadership, school board member, humanitarian projects, and most recently as a member of the City Council. He was awarded the Masters Meed Community Leadership Award last year by Carlsbad's renowned Chamber of Commerce.

As a local businessman and Council Member Mark has both developed and demonstrateed the fiscal discipline to keep Carlsbad's economic health secure, and the sensitivity to help our local businesses succeed.

A husband and father of six children, Mark values and continues to defend the traditional family values that have been one of Carlsbad's strengths.
