As a recent resident to the Central Coast, my wife and I had several choices to pick from when determining the best place for us to live. We chose Guadalupe for several reasons: firstly, its small town charm and quiet grace on PCH Highway 1. Secondly, we found that the people are warm and friendly, and everyone does his/her share to add to the unique cultural diversity not found anywhere else in the area. Thirdly, its affordability. Guadalupe is still one of the best housing values on the Central Coast and in this rapidly changing economy, this is a key factor. Finally, The Dunes. With such a magnificent landmark being literally steps away from my front door, I get to wake up every day and see what God has created in this truly magnificent corner of paradise.
