Restructuring of State educational philosophy
Public education as we know it is based on a twentieth century model, that really only worked for a small percentage of time in that century. This new century and the retirement of the Baby Boom Generation is mandating that we re-think education as we know it.
Restructuring State Government business plan
With the on going retirement of 78 million baby boomers we cn no longer conduct business as usual. State business must be conducted with an eye on the future and how it will effect our children.
Restructure State Pension System to adapt to changing economic environment
Baby Boomers are retiring, and a record number are retiring on public pensions. The demand on the pension system will be great, as will be the demand on those still working to meet the shortfall.
