Supervisor; County of Humboldt; District 4

Richard is a life-long resident of Humboldt County with deep roots in the community. He is a middle class worker, successful union organizer, and a grassroots volunteer with a variety of local organizations.

As a community-oriented progressive and former member of the Humboldt County Democratic Central Committee, he has a strong commitment to social and economic justice. Richard is also an avid athlete. He is active in adult softball and basketball leagues, as well as coaching and mentoring young athletes.

He currently lives in the beautiful town of Samoa with his wife Robin.
