Candidate for
Council Member; City of El Cajon

I am an El Cajon resident for over forty years. Married for 30 years to my wife Lupita and I have two grown children, Richie, 27 and Rachelle 20. I have been active in the community for over 30 years. I sucessfully owned and ran a small business, in El Cajon, during that time.

I served on the El Cajon Planning Commission for 12 years, was active in the El Cajon Chamber of Commerce, working through all the chairs to being President of the Chamber.

I am a 20 year member of El Cajon Rotary Club and a Life Member of Optimist Int'l.

I have served on many Boards and Commissions such as:

Director of SANDAG and on the Executive Committee.
Chairman of ARJIS (Automated Regional Justice Information Service).
Director of Watewater JPA.
Director of Regional Energy Ofice.
