My desire is to restore public confidence in the City Council. To return accountability to the comunity. We need proper city planning,a decisive plan of growth for the entire city and not just the downtown. I believe we should inforce the Parental Responsilbility Laws and hold the parents and children liable, both civilly and criminally for vandalizing or spray painting property and bulling another student in school. More police on the streets. However we all know that would mean an increase in taxes. This tax measure is for our safety and most importantly for the safety of our families. The incorporation of solar energy into the buildings and homes. A moratorium on family housing consturction until the city's infrastructure can catch up with it's current residents. And when constuction continues developers must include open space or parks in their plans. Establish a Bond Measure to build or convert the old K-Mart into a Multi-use building for Seniors, our children and the commuinity.
