Experience

Managing Director and Principal, The Phoenix/Executech Group

Supervise all of the consulting work performed by the firm for major corporations, including development of recruiting and retention strategies, productivity improvements, conference attendance, and professional staffing and executive recruiting. Handle client relations to ensure that work is constantly completed on a timely basis in an above average manner.

Vice President, Human Resources, Playboy Enterprises, Inc.

Responsible for all human resources of the company including hiring, training and development, discipline, compensation and benefits, employee and union relations, grievances, and terminations. Developed systems to substantially improve employee productivity that in turn significantly impacted the bottom line.

Personnel Director, Xerox Corporation

Managed the personnel/human resource function for one of Xerox's worldwide subsidiaries. Reported to the president and responsible for ensuring that all employees were fully utilized to achieve productive results for the operation. Earlier positions included managing the employment, industrial relations, and compensation areas.

Administrator, Professional Placement, General Electric Co.

Responsible for staffing the engineering, manufacturing, accounting/finance, legal and administrative functions for the Aircraft Engine Group in Boston, Massachusetts and Cincinnati, Ohio. Traveled all around the country to find outstanding talented recruits for the organization.

Manager, Labor Relations, Ford Motor Company

Responsible for the entire plant hourly personnel function, including hiring, training, safety, medical, benefits, discipline grievances, and contract administration. Completed Ford Graduate Training Program and contributed solid accomplishments to the company in contract negotiations and grievance procedure.
