Robert Pacelli and his wife Clemencia are sixteen-year homeowners in Pacific Grove.

Robert Pacelli wants to continue the Water Board's protection of the environment.

Robert Pacelli will work to keep the public's right to vote on water issues.

Robert Pacelli opposes to water profiteering.

Robert Pacelli believes that water is a community asset and should not be sold to the highest bidder.

Committed to Community Involvement:

· Served in the committee for Affordable Housing.

· Created training tape for the Monarch Docents, and for sea mammals* rescue.

· Produced video tape "Monarchs of Pacific Grove."

· Volunteer, SHARP Program. (Severely Handicapped After School Recreation Program).

· Bilingual volunteer mediator, Community Mediation Center.

· Participated in the Migrant Education Program.

· Started the first daily news cast in Spanish on the central coast.

· Helped provide publicity and awareness for Hospice of Monterey County and the first Aids Walk.

· Project Artaud, San Francisco. President of Non-profit housing collective. Managed millions of dollars worth of assets. Helped established zoning criteria for live-work environments.

Publicized the plight of the refugees worldwide through the use of the television media. Created programs for internal and external use. In the field:
