Contra Costa County, CA November 5, 2002 Election
Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Michael Francisco "Mike" Sarabia

Candidate for
Member, 4 Year; Bay Point Municipal Advisory Council

This information is provided by the candidate

First: Iterative Planning, Analysis and Work followed by the repeated cycle of better plans based on new findings, more analysis and more work until the job is done.

Second: Everyone that agrees with part of my goal is my ally. Their position in other matters is secondary, and probably irrelevant, unless it is an obstacle to the goal.

Third: Everyone has the capability to contribute. A mutual interest in a goal will overcome any differences in style or manner.

Fourth: Consider all options and keep all options open until one that meets requirements is actually, firmly and clearly assured, beyond words, smiles and nods.

Five: It is quite possible a "con" man is trying to sell a good and valuable item and it is the item that matters. In short, it is the goal that matters.
