Schools must be safe and sound.
The schools must be safe for our students. School violence will not be permitted. Administrators and teachers should ensure that students can learn in a positive climate by promoting safe school grounds while fostering intellectual challenges in the classrooms. When schools provide the secure environment for scholastic excellence, test scores will increase. Students will succeed.
