Candidate for
Council Member; City of La Verne

I graduated from USC in 1984 and I met my wife a few years later. By that time I was a licensed stockbroker who decided that the adminstration and management of an investment firm was where I wanted my future to be. Through years of hard work, professional education, and a bit of good timing I acheived my goal: I am now the co-chief operating officer and compliance officer of a successful investment management firm in Los Angeles.

Even though I am committed to my professional career I still make time for my children. I have assistant coached three of their sports teams and I am active in their education as a member of their school's development committee and trustee of its endowment fund.

I am an eight-year resident of La Verne. My wife and I chose this city within which to raise our children. I never worry whether they are safe or perhaps being exposed to negative influences. I love La Verne's small-town feel. I love the fact that everytime I go to the supermarket I run into someone I know. La Verne truly is a special town and I pledge to work the keep it that way!
