  • Over 35 years of business experience, including 27 years in all phases of residential, commercial, industrial and maritime development.
  • Strong background in environmental management, law enforcement, government finance, retail merchandising, and industrial design engineering.
  • Tested and proven ability to communicate with groups and individuals of diverse economic, ethnic, and ideological backgrounds.
  • Tested and proven abilities in problem solving, community development and coalition building.
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Properly manage our land development growth emphasizing on development needs of each community, affordable housing, and neighborhood preservation.
  • Strengthen existing businesses, encourage new business development and increase number of good paying jobs in District 10.
  • Improve health care and quality of life services to District 10 residents i.e. crime, drug dealing, parking and traffic problems, etc.
