Significant Prosecutions: State v. Gray, 1994 conviction of Defendant who sexually assaulted a woman who passed out after hearing the word "sex", currently serving 8 - 25. State v. James Ellis. 1990 capitally indicted Defendant serving for murdering an elderly woman. State v. Sharon Cook, 1990 capitally indicted Defendant convicted of aggravated murder with death specifcations, serving 20 - life. State v Pharon Crosby, 1995, youth convicted for assault of a Cincinnati Police Officer, captured on TV news video. State v. Angelo Fears, 1998 capital murderer with death specifcations, currently on death row. State v. Richard Mields. 1998 capitally indicted murderer with death specifcations, currently on death row. State v. Ahmed Fawzi Issa, 1998 capitally indicted murderer with death specifcations, currently on death row. State v. Shawn Zimmerman 1999 "Value City child molester", convicted of rape of a child under 13, currently serving a life sentence. State v. Maurice Stewart. 1999, youngest Juvenile Court bindover in Hamilton County, convicted of rape and currently serving 9 years.

Appointed as Special Prosecutor for Adams County, Ohio, and Preble County, Ohio.
