    No one is better qualified than Bonnie Yamaoka to serve on the SUSD Governing Board. She has in-depth knowledge about the schools that comes only from being involved at every level of the school organization. She is a consensus-builder and a good problem-solver. Her ability to listen to others and her reasoned, calm approach to issues make her a leader that others want to follow and support. The future of the School District is in good hands with Bonnie!

    Bonnie Yamaoka is an outstanding choice for Trustee of the SUSD. She has tirelessly given of her time to help our District. She has worked in the classrooms as a room mother, with the staff to obtain equipment and supplies and in special one-on-one sessions with students.
    Bonnie has demonstrated her organizational abilities, as well as her dedication and loyalty to the District, as PTA president of Saratoga School. She has also served as Chair and Co-Chair of many PTA activities and fund raisers.
    Bonnie enjoys the respect and admiration of the entire staff at Saratoga School. She has never been too busy to listen to a special request. She was instrumental in obtaining an important piece of software for the children in Special Ed thus enabling them to enhance their phonemic awareness development.
    Bonnie's leadership within our school has benefited all our children and, as a Trustee, her caring and devotion to the children and staff of SUSD would continue.
