The candidate is a degreed telecommunications engineer who has been staff to the following organizations:

United Nations-ITU, European Space Agency, TRW Space and Communications Systems, Hughes Space and Communications Systems, Ford Aerospace, HP Laboritories, TransGlobal, Cermetek

The candidate has been pro-active since 1982 and has walked the county creeks with the water district flood control personnel and Audibon. He participated as an elected member on the County Central Committee, and has Chaired Committees. In 1996, he ran for Campbell Director for Open Space, and participated in Council debates on Winchester Park Site Uses He is founder and chair of Committee for Local Democracies.

The candidate operated H & I McRealty and American West Trading Company, and additionally is a registered real estate broker. He has travelled and lived in Europe and Asia, as well as other eastern states of the USA

The candidate is a father of three, a homeowner, and a resident of Campbell for thirteen years. He lives near the Pruneyard
