A Message From Chris:

As your councilmember, you can be assured that I will be available 24 hours a day. I promise to establish a new tradition of accountability in our local government. Issues I will focus on include:

  • Crime: Serious crime rose 12 percent in Placentia last year. I will work with the police department to implement tough crime policies, and I will fight to send a direct message to criminals that crime will NOT be tolerated in Placentia. Additionally, we need to improve our outreach activities to give young people an option and protect them from gangs and drug dealers. I want to strengthen and utilize existing programs like the Boys and Girls Club to accomplish this task.

  • Education: We need to give our kids the tools necessary for them to succeed in the next century. I will work to form a close partnership with local, county, and state education officials to advance and improve our schools.

  • Economic Growth: I will fight to slash the red tape and unnecessary barriers to the growth of business in our community. I want to get rid of unnecessary regulation, and promote responsible, sensible development. A healthy city economy will benefit all residents through increased sales tax revenue and job opportunities.

If you have any questions about these or other issues, please feel free to call me anytime at: (714) 993-1250. I would enjoy hearing from you!

Thank you,

Chris Lowe (FIRST ON THE BALLOT!)
