Council Member; City of Arcata

In general, the more that people can do for themselves and together without government assistance, the better they will be served. I believe that the City Council should concern itself with the job performance of city employees to insure excellent service to the citizens it serves, a sound fiscal budget that provides for support to the present and future demands of the City's infrastructure and service needs, and to be considerate of the desires of all its citizens.
