Maintaining a fast and effective emergency response for our community .
As our city grows it is important to continue to study the services of our Police and Fire departments . Have their needs change in their ability to get to calls at an expected time? Are there new tools needed by our emergency services providers to help them successfully perform their duties ? I will work towards maintaining a strong Police and Fire department by promoting: Enhanced security at our schools so our youth can develop a good relationship with officers . This helps to promote a more positive and less adversarial relationship with our youth . Supporting continued high rise , water rescue training and any opportunities for our Fire personnel to continue to provide great service. Our growth will bring challenges and I want them ready when called .
