Education and Qualifications:
With the help of my leadership this last year as a Santa Rita Union School District Board Appointed Trustee, we've reduced class sizes, signed a new teacher contract, and made history this year by providing computers for every one of our students.

My main goals for the Santa Rita Union School District are for it to be #1 in Academics, Safety, and Technology.

Education:

MBA in Finance, Pepperdine University.

BS in Finance, Fresno State University.

Teaching Credential, Chapman University.

Professional Experience:

Co-owned and developed the first Holiday Inn and Days Inn Hotels in Salinas.

Senior Financial Analyst for First Interstate Bank and Lincoln Property Company.

Currently a 14 year Teacher and Golf Coach at Alisal High School.

Community Involvement:

President for 2 years for New Republic School PTA and Alisal High School Site Council.

Volunteered for Monterey County Food Bank, Junior Achievement, Monterey Peninsula Foundation and CSUMB to restore and protect parks in Salinas.

Co-donated the historic William Weeks House to the Monterey County Historical Society for the future benefit of our community.
