Empowering Every Student Toward A Brighter Future

By Georgia Lee (Allsup) Halliman

Candidate for Governing Board Member; Keppel Union Elementary School District

This information is provided by the candidate
My name is Georgia Halliman. I'm running for re-election for the Keppel School board.
For the last 4 years I have been a passionate advocate for all children. It has been an honor to be the community's voice as a Keppel School Board Member. I feel I have gained an insight on staff needs, an appreciation for parental support and a focus on providing our children a curriculum that excites and challenges them. It has been a value talking to staff/parents and students at the many family events, staff training's, and the community businesses, such as grocery stores, gas stations and different community events. You wonted class reduction! We now have smaller class sizes. You wonted NO MORE COMBO CLASSES! THE COMBO CLASSES ARE NOW GONE. You wanted a safer environment for your children to learn! We implemented several Behavioral Programs, and staff Safety Training's to help keep our children safe while learning. I am pleased with the progress the District has made, but I'm not satisfied. There's still a lot of work to be done. Re-elect me for the next 4 years and I will continue to be Your Voice, voicing Your Values and Expectations. I will continue to insure that your Tax Dollars are spent in the Classrooms. I am asking for your vote. And I ask that you communicate that same message to your friends and colleagues. We need your votes. Thank you VOTE Georgia Halliman and Dominique Ballante For Keppel School Board
