Candidate for
Council Member; City of Westlake Village

After graduating UCLA, Helen and I married in 1981. We moved to Westlake Village in 1993 with 2 preschool age children and one on the way. We moved here because of the safe neighborhoods, strength of the public school system and the genuineness of the people we met just doing everyday activities. Our children have become happy and productive adults and refer to their childhood growing up in Westlake Village with a sense of pride and valued opportunity.

I have been in the television/media industry for over 30 years with expertise in production and post-production processes and the management of small and medium size production and post-production companies. I have received 2 Directors Guild Awards and an Emmy nomination for my past work in television production. In an industry under constant technological disruption and transition, I have become adept at embracing change with optimism and a sense of humor while appreciating the gravity and impact that change has on the industry and the people in it.

I received my BA/History from UCLA in 1980 and my MBA from Pepperdine University in 1998.
