Position Papers
Glendale Downtown Development
Much has been made of our downtown development of late. Most of the discussion has revolved around congestion. Below is as complete a history of council actions on this subject.
City Pensions
Glendale is a leader in pension reform. Our employees have worked with council over the years to reduce the burden on the taxpayers as a result of PERS actions in the past and the realization of projected revenues to our City.
Glendale Rose Float
For the first time in over 100 years, the City of Glendale did not have a float in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. It was a shock to many people in Glendale. I hope that we will this coming year. It will all depend on the support of our community to make it happen. The city has earmarked $50,000 for the float. It's up to the public to provide another %50,000.
