Hire A City Manager not Affiliated with City Council or any other Interested Groups
I believe that our City Manager must be a neutral individual, with its sole interest is to carry forth the approved policies of the city council, and at the same time offer innovative ideas for community improvements.
Analyze Budget, Contracts, Reduce Wasteful Spending
Analyze and Understand the City's Operations Budget and Deficits, Review the Contracts and Reduce Wasteful Spending
Support Economic/Business Development
It is clear that with the unemployment rate in the community being higher than in past years, our city must look at creating a strong economic program that can also embrace the existing businesses in the community.
