This is a unique effort to summarize the nine poorest efforts in South Los Angeles with an emphasis on the make up of the business and commercial corridors, the status of investment as it relates to unemployment and some suggested solutions to facilitate discussions and solutions. Having served as a Department of Water and Power Commissioner, our Commission was the first to be charged with Renewable Energy Goals, 20% Renewable Energy by 20/20.
