A thorough review of the laws currently on the books regarding our environment is needed. Additionally since Marcellus Shale is such an issue for the environment we need to review the various exclusions they have been given including but not limited to not releasing information to physicians who are treating people who may have been contaminated. If we do not work to nurse our environment back to health by stopping the dumping, poisoning and illegal activity hoisted on our state by companies who hit and run and leave a mess our children will pay the price in the future. We need to assure the money is provided to police and fine those not adhering to the law. |
