Healdsburg matters to me.

I bring to the table the vision of an educator; I teach high school English in the Santa Rosa City School District-- for over thirty years-- and my deep conviction to involve, inform, and engage leads me to want to serve my city.

As a parent of twin 21-olds, both graduates of Healdsburg High School, I value the arts, culture, history, education, and supporting youth and senior participation.

I bring skills to cultivate community "voice"; as an experienced educator and speech/debate coach, I value participation, listening actively, asking questions. I will represent local people, the folks that have worked hard to make Healdsburg the wonderful, friendly community it is.

As a middle-class working homeowner, I respect habits and ethics of honest work. I am an energetic, positive, caring person and will be a responsive representative.

I share a love for our town and its history. Together we can shape a Healdsburg that embraces its past and continues to build our legacy as a beautiful, historic town.
