Katherine Zarate Dulany is passionate about serving the youth, and is very proud of the quality education offered by our District, which serves diverse communities of students with different backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. She wants to continue serving on the Board because she is invested in the District - a second family to her, and she wants to see the District and its students flourish.
Katherine believes in social justice, supports equalization in fair and fiscally responsible ways, and identifies with Democratic ideals. But she votes based on the issues and people she supports and believes in after critical analysis of facts and principles, and not solely based on party lines.
