Candidate for
Board Member; South San Francisco Unified School District

My name is Rosa Acosta and I am a candidate for the South San Francisco Unified School District Board of Trustees. I have lived in South San Francisco for 37 years and have raised my five children in our city and school district. I know firsthand the challenges our children face and I strive to make a difference. I am running for School Board for many reasons but most importantly, because I want to be part of a team and make a difference in my community and the future of our students.

Qualities and experiences that I can bring to the Board are being a parent, a City employee, a Latina, and a resident. I am invested in our community and our children's education.
