My Position:

The Oceano Community Service District (OCSD) has several challenges. First, a water supply system that must be updated, with our water rights and allocations secured and not sold. Second, control of the street lighting system through out the service district to improve public safety. Third, develop stability and a better decision making process to the board to eliminate turnover at all levels.

As an OCSD Director, my goals would be to put into action fiscal responsibility, balance the budget and work towards creating a better Oceano by implementing infrastructure changes, improve the downtown corridor and the improve our neighborhoods to create the next great beach community on the central coast. Our citizens must demand proper oversight and eliminate our flooding problems.

With your vote together we can improve the Oceano Community.

Thank you for your consideration.
