Colin Clements has lived in the Lammersville School District with his wife, Ginny, and their two boys, Caleb and Chase, since 2004.

Colin is the Chief Financial Officer for Wellhead Electric Company, Inc., which develops, permits, constructs, and operates electricity power plants and has over $1.5 billion in projects under management.

During his public accounting experience, Colin gained significant experience in the operations of governmental entities like our school district by auditing the US Department of Education, the City of Sacramento, the California State Lottery, and a host of other entities.

Colin has over 20 years of experience in business and construction, including developing and building communities and the schools that serve them.

Over the years, Colin has developed valuable contacts in the various state, county, and local agencies that are stakeholders in our district, and he has a history of leveraging these contact for the benefi of our children, including:

  • Ensured that our District received over $8 million in state matching funds for Bethany Elementary School, rather than the $4 to $5 million that the District appealed for by working with contacts on the CA State Allocation Board.   • Quickly resolved a recurring natural gas leak issue at Wicklund Elementary School that had been dragging on for approximately six months by leveraging contacts at the Division of State Architects.
