Your Voice for Maximizing Facility Use & Scheduling

By Mary Ann Motte

Candidate for Trustee; Mount San Jacinto Community College District; Trustee Area 4

This information is provided by the candidate
MSJC needs to continue to maximize facilities with efficient scheduling
In order to reduce the cost per FTES (full-time equivalent students), it is necessary for the college to effectively manage enrollments at all campus locations. Taxpayers deserve the most efficient scheduling practices possible in order to allow more students access to class sections in existing facilities. Monitoring instructional and overhead costs at every campus location per FTES served at those locations, can result in more efficient management of facilities and open access for more students.

MSJC district covers 1700 square miles and manages four campus instructional locations in San Jacinto, Menifee, Banning and Temecula. It is critical to serving students that costs associated with these sites are monitored for efficiency.

As your Trustee, I am your voice at the board table to do so.
