Candidate for
Council Member; City of Moreno Valley; Council District 4

From my early teen years, I have served in leadership roles. I served as senior class officer, was a student of the middle college program and played baseball at Vista del Lago High school. I also served on youth leadership boards at my local church, where I continue to do so. After graduation, I went on to earn a dual degree in Political Science and Philosophy with concentration in Law from the University of California, Riverside. I am the first in my family to earn a college education.

During my studies, I got my first job at Cinnabon in the Moreno Valley Mall. Within a year of employment, I was promoted to the management team at the height of the recession. As businesses were hurting, we were able to increase sales through creative marketing and expanded our revenue base. We also brought down operational cost without any layoffs.

I also had the privilege to intern with the San Bernardino Board of Supervisors. The district I worked in covered the cities of Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Chino, north Fontana and portions of the mountain communities. As an intern I learned the importance of creating coalitions with residents, business and local government to improve cities and create growth. Transparency was another thing I learned as policies were passed to restore trust in the elected board members.

At 26 years of age, I currently work as a customer service representative for a third-party logistics company . We manage the products of fortune 100 and 500 companies who contract us for various services. I work with various departments to ensure their products reach consumers on a timely manner. We also work to improve productivity in order to increase revenue.
