Candidate for
Board Member; Huntington Beach Union High School District

This is a non partisan position. I have not intentionally sought endorsements from any political party.

My campaign is grassroots; person to person, friend to friend, neighbor to neighbor. I have Democrats, Republicans and Independents serving on my campaign team.

I am most proud of the former students who have written endorsements, donated to my campaign and walked neighborhoods for me. Their words of support can be found at my website, http://www.catheyryder.com.

I also have endorsements from teaching colleagues, former administrators, volunteers who have worked with me and members of my community.

Additionally , I have raised several thousand dollars from people both in my community and others in Orange County who think I am the right person to serve on the school board. Many of my donations have been for $25 or less.
