Trash fees reduced below the 2003/04 Levels
My goal and pledge is to continue to keep Costa Mesa Sanitary District (CMSD) trash fees from increasing above the 2005/06 levels over the next four years.
The Board Approved Organics (green waste) recycling/treatment Program to be implemented in 2015
My goal is to write down the criteria that I used to cast a yes vote on the New organics program.
